We act as local representatives for relocation companies. In addition we offer relocation services to local businesses and organisations. Our services are designed to assist at a knowledgeable local level the client / assignee / relocatee and their families in their relocation destination. We can through our industry contacts provide full relocation resources. Our aim is to always provide a well researched friendly and efficient service.

We specialise in the South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire areas. (‘S’ Postcodes. Sheffield, Rotherham, Chesterfield and beyond.)
We often work in other surrounding areas to a general maximum of 50 miles from S1 postcodes.

Details
Property Searches
Researching suitable properties to the requirements of a client brief.
Property Viewing Services
Viewing properties on behalf of a client and compiling a report with digital images or video. The report is usually compiled in to an e-document for fast email delivery.
Accompanied Viewings
Accompanying clients on property viewings which we have usually arranged in advance.
Notes
Our research and property viewing services can be conducted on a half or full day basis.
Our property search services apply to rental properties and properties for sale.

Orientation Tours
Carefully taking in to account the clients requirements we research organise and attend an accompanied tour of the relocation target area. We will include all necessary aspects of interest to the relocating client.

For all tours and accompanied viewings we arrange suitable fully insured transport dependent on tour party numbers. Our usual practice is to book comfortable people carriers or mini bus transport for parties of more than one person. This allows for maximum benefit from tours and viewings as there is always a separate driver and ourselves as local representative in attendance.

Inventory Clerk Services
Inventory
We compile inventory reports for client / assignee / relocatee tenancies.
Note
If an inventory report is supplied by a landlord or letting agent at the commencement of a tenancy we carry out a ‘Check In’ inspection and prepare a report on behalf of the tenant. (client / assignee / relocatee.)

Check Out Report
At the end of a tenancy we can inspect the property and compile a ‘Check Out’ report listing any changes to the property since occupation.
Note
If a landlord or agent supplies a ‘Check Out’ report we will inspect the property with their report and our original ‘Inventory’ or ‘Check In’ report. We will make suitable comments, amendments and compile visual evidence to ensure that the tenant is not disadvantaged.

Intermediate inspection
Intermediate property inspections can be carried out if required.

All our reports are detailed and comprehensive. All reports are backed up by digital images or video. (Samples available upon request.)

Travel - Transfers
We arrange reliable transport to and from all UK Ports, Airports, Railway Stations, Coach and Bus Exchanges. Accompanied or unaccompanied.

Other Services
We can provide all other services relating to a relocation assignment to the requirement of a particular brief.

Viewing properties and compiling a report.

Orientation Tours
Accompanied full day tour with a single client £250.00.

Inventory Clerk Services
By quotation dependent on property specification.

As a guide we charge £100.00 to compile an inventory for a two bedroom apartment rising to £200.00 for a four bedroom house.

Check in and check out services are charged at 70% of an inventory make.
